At Zahraa The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your modest fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for store credit or exchange on all eligible unworn items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via email, allowing you to find the perfect alternative piece from our collection.
